The Heaton Group have an opportunity for 6 local businesses to move into their new Bishopgate Gardens site in the soon-to-be opened Harris Quarter.
The group are looking for budding entrepreneurs who have “ready to go” businesses and who can take over brand new shops inside the new development, including a deli, coffee shop, a barbers, a beauticians, a hairdressers, a florist and a co-working space.
The development looks set to open in June 2021 after the Heaton Group have spent years working with highly-qualified architects and interior designers to create a unique and quirky retail space.
The shops will be part of their Bishopgate Gardens development, which is located in the city’s Market Quarter and will be home to 130 luxury apartments.
When fully open the development will be home to over 200 residents and potential customers for the on-site retailers below.
Each of the units will overlook the new plaza that is being created, a landscaped area which will merge with the new streetscape planned by Preston Council.
It will provide space for residents to meet, work and socialise, with an outside seating area for the Coffee Pod and space for events throughout the year. Each retail unit will have space for outdoor displays and advertising.
