A planning application has been submitted for seven new industrial units for Deepdale, with the commercial units set to allow businesses to let them.
The site is where a Grade II listed building was burned down in December 2010. The site consists of part of a former mill complex which was extensively fire damaged.
The units provide an attractive proposition for business start-ups, sole traders and trade counters. A new access is proposed to allow vehicles to traverse one-way through the site and exit.
The units will feature composite insulated metal roof , wall cladding with windows over low level brickwork, ground floor openings for each unit designed to accommodate a security shutter.
The plans will also see 12 new car parking spaces.
