There are plans for a brand new cafe coming to Preston City centre, with planning permissions submitted for this new eatery to go ahead.
The plans aim to convert 36 Ormskirk road, which is currently a language school, to a brand new cafe.
The cafe seeks to serve hot and cold drinks, crepes, waffles and sandwiches, with opening times from 6am until 9pm every day.
A food preparation area will be created at the rear of the building with a seating area being created at the front of the café.
The outside of the building would not be changed except for the signage. Internally there would only be aesthetic changes made, which would not be dissimilar to the existing wall colours.
The agent for the application is Studio John Bridge Ltd.
