The first Preston’s Makers Market since the start of the lockdown is happening today.
The Makers Market is making its return to the flag market with an array of makers, bakers and creators from across the north west involved. The event takes place from 10am until 4pm.
COVID-secure measures will be in place on the day with people attending asked to abide by the one-way systems, hand sanitiser stations will be in place and there will be extra space inbetween stalls.
All traders will be given visors and masks to wear and there will be screens in front of all food.
Contactless/card payments will be encouraged and the stalls will be thoroughly sanitised before the event.
