Rowland Homes can move forward with its plans to build 155 homes on the former golf course off Tom Benson Way.
Set on 26 acres, the project will see the building of 109 market homes with between three and four bedrooms. There would also be 46 affordable homes with a mixture of tenders, including affordable rent.
Asteer Planning is the planning consultant for the project, while Richard Eaves is the landscape architect. Mode Transport Planning and Avian Ecology are also on the project team.
