Story Homes Invests in Preston
The huge housing developers, Story Homes, have invested around £15 million in three developments in Lancashire, and one of these locations is Grimsargh, located near Preston.
This latest developments will bring 147 new homes to the small village, with a population of a little over 2,000. Story Homes operates 10 developments across the North West and South Cumbria, with a number of new developments in the pipeline across the region.
Broughton Developments
Another build that has been approved by Preston City Council is the development of 111 homes in Broughton. Expected to be built on Whittingham Lane, plans were submitted by Emery Planning Partnership. Plans will also see improvements made to local public services
12 New Homes At Preston Golf Club Land
Land at a Fulwood Golf Club has also been earmarked for 12 new homes. The homes will be two or three stories built in plans recently approved by town planners at Preston City Council.
All the new developments include affordable housing; high-quality family homes and contribute significant funds to local authorities via planning contributions.
